Spaceshifting

Join us for the Opening Reception of Spaceshifting, the second exhibition celebrating international members of the Royal Society of Sculptors at the Royal Over-Seas League in London St. James’s. Please note RSVP is essential via the link below.

Spaceshifting is an ambitious and inventive play on traditional exhibition-making, that seeks to subvert the difficulties of international programming and strengthen cultural relationships across borders. The theme asks applicants to consider how works can move and metamorphose through space, across borders. Playing with dimensions, space, and material, the proposal seeks to challenge how an artwork can shift through space and time, physically changing from its inception to its display.

Spaceshifting is on view in the Central Lounge, ROSL Clubhouse, London, from Friday 11 July – Saturday 14 September 2025.
