We hope you can join us at Dora House for the Public Art Symposium we will be hosting on Saturday 29 April at 6.30pm, designed to coincide with International Sculpture Day.
Fatos Ustek, curator and writer who will take over from Clare Lilley as the 2023 curator of Frieze Sculpture in Regent’s Park, will chair a discussion about commissioning sculpture in the public realm.
The panel will include Marie Bak Mortensen, Director at Create London, Eleanor Pinfield, Head of Art on the Underground, and Samantha Williams, Director of Arts and Events at UK Brookfield Properties.
The event will conclude with the announcement of the winner of the First Plinth: Public Art Award 2023.
