One of my fondest memories of Dora House (documented in the photos below) is my first Trustee meeting, when Barbara (Beyer) and I were offered a scaffolding tour of the front of the building during the Saving Dora House renovation works. It was a fantastic introduction! Looking back to that and seeing what Creating a Home for Sculptors will deliver next, it is hard not to be in awe of how much has been achieved over the past few years.

Ahead of the Year of the Home in 2026 when we celebrate the Society's 50 years at Dora House, we asked members to share with us their personal memories of Dora House.
