Almost all the work is commissioned and this proccess is enjoyed as it can often take the work in new, fresh and unexpected directions. The material is usually one of the British limestones but imported granite and marble is also used as well as bronze,steel and resin depending on budget limitations. The use of letterforms in the work is often a feature as well as a love and appreciation of the wonder of the natural world and the truth contained within it.
