Biography
Louise studied Sculpture BA Hons under Sir Antony Gormley at Brighton and Art History and Theory MA at Chelsea College of Art and Design.
She is best known for casting the heads and torsos of Olympians, Paralympians and other sportspersons including Kriss Akabusi MBE, Sally Gunnell OBE, Beth Tweddle MBE, and Duncan Goodhew OBE . Each of these sculptures has relief narrative imagery relating the models' achievements.
Louise also produces large scale heads and abstracts works and models smaller scale sensual pieces. Her most recent work is developed for exterior exhibition and comprises mainly human or natural forms. She undertakes private commissions and has work in over 250 private collections worldwide.
