Kendra Haste MRSS

Animals have held a fascination for me throughout my life. What interests me most is identifying the spirit and character of individual creatures, attempting to convey an emotional essence without indulging in the sentimental or anthropomorphic. Drawing is integral to my sculpture and it is the linear/graphite qualities of wire that I find so appealing as my chosen medium.
My work has been exhibited in Europe, North America and Asia and through private and public commissions, including installations at Waterloo Station and The Tower of London.
