Biography

Jo Taylor’s recent works are inspired by the Rococo period and are created by combining techniques including hand building, sprigging and the potter’s wheel. Works are made from a variety of clays including porcelain, and are fired once. Career highlights include winning AWARD at the British Ceramics Biennial 2025, Ceramic Review’s “Masterclass” article & film (2020) and writing “Handbuilt Ceramics” published by Crowood Press (2021).
