Studied at the Slade School of Fine Art, University College London 1974-76. Awarded Boise Scholarship to Italy 1977. Liveryman of The Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths. Granted the Freedom of the City of London 1996. Effigy of HM Queen Elizabeth II used on all UK & Commonwealth coinage since 1998.

Public Commissions include the Armed Forces Memorial, National Memorial Arboretum. Dean Colet Memorial, St Paul’s Cathedral. HM Queen in Garter Robes for the United Kingdom Supreme Court. The Royal Anglian Regimental Memorial, Imperial War Museum, Duxford.
