Biography
BA Fine Art, Leeds University.
Worked as a model-maker/3D designer at the Natural History Museum for 8 years and has made wildlife sculpture a part of his continuing practice.
Over the years over 40 one person exhibitions have been mounted in galleries in the UK as well as having been invited to stage major personal expositions in Spain, Russia and Latvia.
Elected a member of the Royal Society of British Sculptors in 1994.
My work is vary varied; sometimes figurative, other times abstract. I use a variety of materials but most often the work is intended for bronze.
I have engaged with many different media over the years and in many different styles. At the same time I have followed a high-profile parallel career in the feature film industry as an Animatronic Model Designer.
