Biography

Clean lines and pared down detail combined with close observation are at the core of Anne Curry’s work.  In her monumental scultpure, inspired by plant forms and the countryside around her, she strives to evoke the power of life at work in nature. She exhibits in gardens across the UK and her sculptures are part of private and public collections on both side of the Atlantic and in Asia.

Similarly, in her sculpted portraits, ranging from prestigious commissions to sensitive rendition of children, she looks for life inside the form, personality beyond mere likeness.
