State of Clay

State of Clay have been invited to return to Dora House, the home of the Royal Society of Sculptors, to hold a two hour pottery workshop that will be led by London-based ceramicist Fay de Winter.

Participants will have the opportunity to experience a session throwing miniature porcelain ceramic works on a specialist small wheel, decorated with coloured slips. Pieces will be fired in an electric kiln after the event (items will be posted to participants once finished, UK postage included only) to high stoneware 1260C temperature. Items are capable of holding water, food and frost proof for outside use.
