Three vultures watch a paper boat that could be about to capsize. The artist Tere Chad wonders, "are we sinking?". She was inspired by the story of Noah's Ark and how a dove with a leaf provided a symbol of hope.

Tere Chad is exhibiting at the Royal Society of Sculptors as part of Space Lapse: RCA Sculpture 2020.
