Viewing Room 09 opened this Bank Holiday weekend at Woolmarket House, King's Lynn. The exhibition brings together new work by painter Claire Cansick and ceramic sculptor James Evans in a dialogue about our watery world, in particular our relationship with the aquatic realm, both the surface and what we might imagine might be beneath it. Two artists, with different materials, exploring tension, transformation, and the emotional pull of this mysterious and highly contested habitat.
