Description

Join London Terrariums for one of their highly popular terrarium making workshops. In the workshop you will make your own beautiful terrarium to take away and watch grow for years to come. Not only are terrariums stunning objects to own in their own right, they are a feat of botanical invention and the process of making one is blissfully therapeutic. London Terrariums will guide you through making your terrarium using their specialist tools and expertise, and along the way you will learn the history and science behind these miniature ecosystems and how they survive so well on their own.

This workshop lasts 90 minutes and includes all materials and plants for making your terrarium, and you will be using our Tinyjohn vessel. London Terrariums will also provide bags and care guides for getting your terrariums home.

We will be abiding by social distancing guidelines and ask that you bring a mask to our workshops- our staff will be wearing theirs.

London Terrariums is London's first dedicated terrarium shop and studio, founded by Emma Sibley in 2014 out of a passion for plants and horticulture. 7 years later, they are a small dedicated team operating from their Shop in South East London, where they make terrariums and hold workshops. London Terrariums also hosts numerous Plant Swap events across the capital and runs a monthly Plant Club Subscription, both of which aim to encourage the cultivation of greenery within urban spaces and the sharing of botanical knowledge.
