The work encompasses both the figurative and abstract, the language and methodology used, often informs each.
After graduating I taught in Higher and Further Education for the next 17 years, retiring in 2009 to concentrate on my own work. I have been commissioned to make five public art sculptures for Rochester Cathedral, The National Trust, G-Live Arts Centre Guildford, Barchester Healthcare PLC and The Royal Horticultural Society's Fresh Garden at the Chelsea Flower Show. The work has been exhibited across the UK, in France, Italy and the USA.
I have worked from my studios in the House Carpenters Workshop, built in 1740, in the Historic Dockyard since 1990.
