Boris Krylov is a Ukrainian sculptor. Since 1999 he has been working in collaboration with fellow Royal Society of Sculptors member Oles Sidoruk.
Borys graduated from the Ukranian National Academy of Arts and Architeture in 1999 with Honours. Since then, he has been creating monumental sculptures. These include commemorative historical figures, park sculptures, plaques, sculptures to decorate the interiors of public buildings.
Borys says:
'I am a Ukrainian sculptor, who devoted life to monumental projects – since I tried it at once it was impossible to deny oneself in pleasure of having such experience again. I prefer to work with durable materials like bronze and stone. Besides the fact, that long-term material looks beautiful, prestigious and reliably, high-quality, thorough work with that materials relieves me of necessity to spend old age on restoration.'
